Responsibilities
- Leads deal teams and represents the company to the customer for deals.
- Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win large local and international deals
- Responsible for validating/endorsing the technical solution for the deal. Works with delivery to assure that solution design can be properly delivered.
- Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines.
- Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analysing critical business drivers and risks.
- Lead negotiations for large complex local and international deals.
- Proactively manages all resource requirements throughout deal pursuit.
- Helps in the transition of deal leadership to permanently assigned management to ensure seamless asset transfer, personnel transfer, technology, and process adoption.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a focus on managed services, applications, analytics, and security.
- Proven track record leading and winning complex, high-value deals across various industries.
- Exposure to Big Data, AI & Analytics is a significant plus
- Deep understanding of solution sales methodologies, enterprise buying behavior, and IT service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that deliver real results.
