We are looking for a Tools Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation tools that enhance IT operations and system efficiency. The role involves working across Linux and Windows environments, streamlining deployments, improving reliability, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate system tasks using Ansible and Python across RHEL and Windows servers.
- Administer and troubleshoot RHEL systems, including patching and performance tuning.
- Support Windows Server automation using PowerShell and Python.
- Manage job scheduling via Control-M.
- Develop low-code solutions using OutSystems.
- Participate in deployments across SIT, UAT, and Production.
- Monitor systems using Dynatrace and Grafana.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to incident resolution.
Requirements:
- Must be a Singapore Citizen (to meet G50 security clearance requirements).
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT operations or automation.
- Experience with Ansible, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Windows Server, PowerShell, Python, and Control-M.
- Familiarity with OutSystems, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Git.
