Advance the design, implementation, and adoption of the corporate ERM framework, aligning it with modern international standards and leading corporate governance practices.
Facilitate high-level risk governance structures across the parent company and its subsidiaries. Draft highly precise, data-driven risk reports and briefings for the Audit Committee and Executive Board.
Partner with senior divisional leaders to embed proactive risk management into their daily business functions, such as objective alignment, utilizing internal data and external market intelligence to identify emerging threat, risk assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to build and resource robust risk response plans.
Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators and external indicators to provide early-warning alerts when risks approach boundary limits.
Mentor, coach, and elevate a high-performing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive ERM experience, with a proven track record within large-scale, complex corporations or conglomerate environments.
Direct experience designing, rolling out, and embedding comprehensive corporate risk frameworks from the ground up.
Deep technical knowledge across a wide spectrum of risk categories, including strategic, operational, financial, human capital, and regulatory compliance risks.
Strong familiarity with data analytics, quantitative risk modeling, and data visualization techniques to back up recommendations with hard evidence.
Exceptional communication and persuasive writing skills, with the ability to distill complex risk profiles into concise, actionable insights for C-suite executives.
Complete fluency in written and spoken English.
