About the Role
We are seeking a heavyweight, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager for a high-visibility contract to lead two complex, interdependent enterprise data and analytics programs.
This is not a generic IT PM position. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering, enterprise applications, and executive reporting, you will be responsible for delivering a modern, enterprise-wide workforce analytics and financial planning capability. With multiple parallel workstreams across technology and business domains, you will need a steady hand on governance and the gravitas to manage C-suite stakeholders.

Please Note: This role requires deep, non-negotiable experience in BI and Data delivery. We are looking for a PM who speaks the language of data data environments, not just someone who manages timelines.
Program Scope & Deliverables:

Executive Insights: Oversee the delivery of workforce analytics and executive dashboarding via Power BI.

Data Integration: Manage complex integrations across core HR, Payroll, Finance, and Planning systems.

Modern Data Stack: Lead delivery across an Enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake), utilizing Data Vault and Star Schema layers.

Business Transformation: Drive the automation of manual accounting and reporting processes alongside advanced workforce planning and forecasting capabilities.
Skills & Experience Required
Must-Haves:

Seniority: 10+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, with a proven track record delivering large-scale BI, Data, or Analytics programs.

Technical Fluency: A strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and data modelling.

Methodology & Governance: Strong structured waterfall/PRINCE2 delivery experience with impeccable RAID log management and executive reporting capability.

Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience delivering projects tied to HR, Payroll, Finance, or corporate Planning systems.

Tooling: Proven experience delivering Power BI solutions.
Highly Desirable:

Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

A conceptual understanding of Data Vault and Star Schema modelling.

Exposure to enterprise tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Calumo, or major Finance systems.

Background working within large, complex, and governance-heavy enterprise organizations.
