Key accountabilities of the role:

1. Define and document data migration requirements, including scope, mappings, and business rules
2. Ensure data quality and integrity through profiling, validation, and reconciliation
3. Support migration planning, testing, and cutover by coordinating stakeholders and resolving data issues

Key Challenges of the role:

· Managing poor‑quality or inconsistent legacy data while ensuring accuracy and integrity in the target system
· Aligning business expectations with technical migration constraints across multiple stakeholders and systems
· Coordinating testing, validation, and cutover activities under tight timeframes and delivery dependencies

Inherent requirements of the role/Essential Skills:

· Strong data analysis and migration experience, including data profiling, source‑to‑target mapping, and data cleansing activities
· Proven technical skills working with data migration tools and techniques (e.g. ETL processes, SQL, validation and reconciliation) in complex system environments
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience translating business needs into clear migration requirements and supporting testing and cutover activities
