An international travel technology platform is seeking a relationship-driven Market Manager to support the growth of its accommodation partner network across the Nagoya region. This position focuses on developing strong commercial partnerships with hotels, lodging operators, and accommodation businesses to improve platform performance, increase market visibility, and drive regional business expansion.
As part of a fast-growing global organization, you will combine business development, account management, and partner consulting responsibilities while working within an international and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in OTA, hospitality, travel, SaaS, or B2B sales who enjoy building client relationships and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with hotel and accommodation partners across the Nagoya region.
- Develop new business opportunities while supporting the growth of existing partner accounts.
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding pricing, inventory management, promotions, and platform visibility.
- Analyze market trends, travel demand, and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve partner performance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners and maintain strong communication across the assigned portfolio.
- Support regional growth initiatives and provide local market insights to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate account activity tracking and commercial updates through internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, hospitality, travel, OTA, SaaS, or related commercial industries.
- Experience working with hotels, tourism businesses, or accommodation-related partners is highly preferred.
- Comfortable managing both relationship management and new business development activities.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage a designated territory.
- Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of professional experience required.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native or fluent level required.

- Experience in hotel revenue management, accommodation sales, or travel-related commercial functions is a plus.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region preferred.
