Field Service Plumbing Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Plumbing Technician to join a well-established company specialising in the wholesale supply and servicing of boilers. This is a field-based position covering the Munster region, where you will play a key role in commissioning, installation sign-off, and technical support for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out field service, installation, commissioning, and sign-off of boilers and heating systems.

• Provide technical support to clients, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient installations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and heating-related issues on customer sites.

• Liaise with contractors, installers, and wholesalers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate service and commissioning reports.

• Work in line with health & safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Qualified (or experienced) Plumber or Mechanical Technician .

• Strong knowledge of boiler systems, heating, and plumbing installations.

• Previous experience in a field service or commissioning role highly desirable.

• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

• Full clean driving licence.

• Customer-focused with good communication and reporting skills.
