We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the marketing industry, for the role of Sales Admin / Order Administrator. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities that are critical to the smooth running of sales and supply chain operations
Location: Co Meath
Salary: €30-33k D.O.E
Key Responsibilities:.
- Handle the Order to Cash Process for all sales orders, including automatic order transfers, manual, online, phone orders, and returns
- Providing administrative support to offsite internal teams
- Act as a key point of contact for the delivery process, handling queries, and ensuring alignment of Master Data
- Generate and distribute sales reports, including Order File Rate, Weekly Stands Audit, Delivery Issues, and Customer Reporting
- Create and maintain accounts for new and existing customers and updating products on the system
- Assist with supply chain administration, stationery management, and handling reception phone duties
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service Administration
- Keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- As this is a permanent vacancy, full working authorisation in Ireland is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area is advantageous
