Employment Solutions Tax Director

An Employment Tax team in a Big 4 Practice in London is currently searching for an Employment Tax Director

As a Director joining this highly established UK wide team, you'll immediately be involved in managing key clients, winning new work and helping shape the future of the service line. You'll lead from the front, and support, mentor and coach junior colleagues, as well as build strong relationships with other internal teams to ensure highest quality service.

Role profile:

• Lead on the relationships and key client accounts
• Manage a broader portfolio of clients that are in a variety of sectors
• Win new work from new and existing clients
• Seek innovative ways to support clients, such as improving process, procedures and utilising technology offerings
• Be actively involved in marketing initiatives and networking events
• Leading teams of people including coaching and developing junior staff

Your experience:

• Ideally CTA qualified or equivalent
• Extensive employment tax, market and client knowledge
• Track record of generating new business from new and existing clients, within the Employment Tax and Reward space
• First class communicator who drives forward cross-collaboration and builds strong internal and external relationships
