    Customer Success Manager (French or German speaking)

    We are supporting our global client, seeking to hire two Customer Success Managers to join a growing team, supporting enterprise customers across the UK and Europe. As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on building strong, trusted relationships with customers to drive adoption, value realisation and long-term success. Working across enterprise accounts, you'll support onboarding, guide customers through digital transformation and ensure they are getting maximum value from their solutions.

    This is a customer-facing role where you'll collaborate with internal teams and specialists, solve challenges and help customers achieve their business goals.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead customers through onboarding and adoption, ensuring smooth integration of new products.
    • Build positive relationships at all levels within client organisations, becoming a trusted partner.
    • Support customers across creative, document and digital platforms.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for training, value mapping and improved customer engagement.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing etc.) to bring in the right expertise at the right time.
    • Ensure customers maximise their investment and drive long-term retention.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Fluent in English + French, or English + German (both written and spoken).
    • Experience in customer success, account management, onboarding or relationship management.
    • Ability to quickly learn new software/tech and explain it clearly to customers.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
    • Proactive, personable and solutions-focused mindset.
    • A background in SaaS, tech, consulting or marketing/creative agency is beneficial.

    Location & Travel:

    • Hybrid working - based in London or Reading offices (1-2 days per week, flexibility required).
    • Occasional customer site visits, as well as potentially monthly travel to either France or Germany.

    Please note: This is an initial 12 month contract, paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
