RFP Content Manager Opportunity, Asset/Wealth Management
A well-established UK-based investment and wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Proposal & Content Maintenance Manager to oversee the creation, management, and ongoing improvement of client-facing proposals and content. This role ensures that all materials, including RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, are accurate, compelling, and aligned with client expectations.
The successful candidate will combine strong content management skills with a deep understanding of investments, ESG considerations, and regulatory requirements. They will play a key role in optimising content workflows and leveraging technology and AI tools to maintain high-quality output across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and coordination of high-quality proposals and questionnaires
* Maintain and enhance the proposal content library, keeping materials current, consistent, and aligned with business positioning
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights, validate content, and ensure accuracy across all materials
* Implement best practices in content governance, workflow management, and version control
* Identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content
* Support business initiatives such as new product launches, ESG content development, and market expansion
* Use digital tools, data, and AI solutions to improve workflow efficiency
* Ensure content is accessible to stakeholders and can be repurposed across marketing, client communications, and business development activities

Experience & Skills
* Minimum five years' experience in proposal writing, content management, or a similar role within asset or wealth management
* Strong investment knowledge, including ESG principles, financial marketing, and regulatory frameworks
* Experienced with content management platforms such as Dasseti, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar
* Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, client-focused content
* Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms to enhance workflow efficiency is desirable
* Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or equivalent preferred
