Senior Process Engineer

The Role

Join a high-performing Process Engineering team within a leading player in the regulated manufacturing/medical technology sector. You'll own process improvement within your assigned value stream, drive technical problem-solving, and support product and process transfers across sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to boost quality, throughput, and equipment performance.
• Lead data-driven problem-solving, CAPA activity, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support product/process transfers and deliver robust process validations.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate across operations, quality, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Level 8 degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in a regulated GMP environment.
• Strong analytical/statistical skills (DOE, capability, DMAIC).
• Proven project leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
