Key Responsibilities
● Own and manage the site-wide calibration programme.
● Act as technical SME during audits and liaise with regulatory authorities.
● Lead continuous improvement initiatives around reliability, calibration, and
instrumentation.
● Support equipment selection for capital projects and planned replacements.
● Ensure compliance with GMP and global engineering standards.
● Provide technical guidance and training to the wider maintenance team.
● Analyse data from predictive and condition-based monitoring to drive improvements.
● Develop and own SOPs, calibration standards, and the measurement of uncertainty
programme.
