Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our retail business online and in-store. The role involves managing digital marketing activities, eCommerce, social media, and promotional content to help drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the eCommerce website and online products
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Plan and manage social media content across all platforms
• Create graphics, promotional material, signage, and digital designs
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and assist with SEO improvements
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, and promotional posts
• Monitor online performance and customer engagement
• Support in-store promotions and marketing campaigns

Skills & Experience

• 1 + years experience in digital marketing or retail marketing, will consider a graduate
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, social media, and email marketing
• Experience with Google Ads and SEO
• Strong content creation and design skills
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
