About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to join a global team responsible for supporting compliance reporting processes with a key client of ours.
This is a varied administrative role where you'll coordinate information from multiple sources, ensure records are accurate and complete, and support the delivery of important regulatory reports. Accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, as the information you help manage is subject to regulatory review.
Working alongside colleagues across different functions, you'll help ensure reporting deadlines are met while contributing to continuous improvements in administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and organise information from a variety of internal sources.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is complete and up to date.
- Review information for accuracy and identify any inconsistencies or missing details.
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain information required for reporting.
- Support the preparation and submission of global compliance reports.
- Carry out administrative tasks to support reporting activities and operational processes.
- Use internal systems to update records and manage information.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives as manual administrative activities transition to more automated solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation and follow established procedures to ensure compliance.
About You

You'll be someone who:
- Has previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Enjoys working with information and ensuring records are accurate.
- Is confident communicating with colleagues across different teams.
- Can identify issues and follow them through to resolution.
- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Strong systems aptitude, with previous experience using a range of business platforms and tools as part of day-to-day operations with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
Experience using business systems or reporting tools is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
