Are you a qualified pensions professional with a strong track record in sales and client engagement? We're currently recruiting for two experienced Pensions Advisors to join a well-established financial services firm with offices in both Limerick and Ennis.
These roles are ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a client-facing environment and are passionate about helping individuals secure their financial futures. The successful candidates will join a supportive team with strong leadership, excellent infrastructure, and a loyal client base.
The Role
- Provide expert advice to clients on pension planning, retirement options, and long-term financial security
- Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and corporate pension clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant financial products
- Stay up to date with the latest pension legislation and regulatory changes
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and proactive service
- Ensure all activity complies with Central Bank requirements and internal compliance procedures
What You'll Need
- A QFA qualification (Qualified Financial Adviser) - essential
- At least 2 years' experience selling pensions (not just pension administration)
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A full clean driver's licence
