A leading financial services provider is seeking a Back Office Unit Lead to manage teams supporting customer resolution and operational processes across credit cards, loans, deposits, and current accounts. The role focuses on service efficiency, compliance, and leadership within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team managers and agents handling back office and customer fulfillment tasks.
- Oversee direct debit setup, payment rejects, arrears management, and inbound customer queries.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and identify risks for mitigation.
- Drive operational performance, staff development, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service and compliance standards.
