Risk Analyst - French Speaking Role
Are you a detail-oriented and motivated Risk Analyst ready to make a significant impact? A Dublin-based Risk Management team is seeking a talented individual to play a key role in implementing robust risk management frameworks and internal control systems.
In this position, you'll work transversally to support a Chief Risk Officer, Operational Risk Officer, and Senior Risk Manager in expertly managing operational, investment, and underwriting risks.
What you'll do:
- Identify and assess risks in line with Solvency II and CAA standards.
- Contribute to risk opinions on critical business developments.
- Implement and maintain an effective internal control framework.
- Provide recommendations to strengthen the control environment.
- Oversee responses and remediation for operational incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports for management and governance bodies.
- Continuously improve our risk dashboard.
What you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in audit, control, finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in risk, audit, or permanent control within the insurance or banking sectors.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A strong understanding of control management standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Adaptability, discretion, and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to code is a plus!
