Senior Finance Manager - Manufacturing, up to 70k

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting frameworks and treasury/cash operations.
• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, performance analysis, and tax strategy for global entities across Hong Kong, China, and the US.
• Report to the Senior management of Finance to shape corporate financial strategy and deliver actionable insights that drive business operations.
• Design, execute, and monitor robust internal control frameworks and align with statutory regulations.
• Liaise with external banking partners, independent auditors, and tax consultants.
• Lead and guide a large finance team stationed across Hong Kong and China.
• Provide financial analysis and hands-on support for M&A activities and key ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with a recognized professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 and HK-based company exposure.
• Proven track record of managing and leading finance teams based in Mainland China
• Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or garment industries, or with financial system/ERP implementation is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Sharp analytical capability, high attention to detail, and strong business acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
