Morgan McKinley is delighted to be supporting a leading Irish company who are seeking a highly motivated Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. As a key member of their executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and banking
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements:
- 5 years+ proven experience as a Financial Controller
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50 preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA, CAI, or CIMA)
- Strong people and communication skills.
