Brilliant opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant to join a growing business in South Dublin as Group Financial Controller.
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in leading the finance function, strengthening financial controls and supporting the organisation's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly management accounts, group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial modelling.
- Drive financial controls, governance and statutory compliance.
- Business partner with operations to improve financial performance and profitability.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
- Drive finance systems improvements, automation and process efficiencies.
- Support acquisitions, integrations and strategic growth initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
- Minimum five years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
- Strong group reporting, management accounting and commercial finance experience.
- Experience managing multi-site operations
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
