Senior Customer Success Consultant (Enterprise SaaS)
I'm currently partering with a growing technology client to hire a Senior Customer Success Consultant to join their high performing Customer Success team.
This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on helping enterprise customers maximise the value of the platform after implementation. You will work closely with a portfolio of established clients, leading collaborative sessions, improving business workflows, driving platform adoption, and helping customers scale their usage over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to optimise platform usage and improve operational workflows
- Lead regular strategic working sessions with clients to support adoption of new features and capabilities
- Advise customers on best practices and long-term platform strategy
- Manage project delivery within agreed consulting and service allocations
- Build strong relationships across multi-layered stakeholder groups
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, support, and delivery teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, SaaS Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong experience working with enterprise-level customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse workflows and recommend process improvements
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management and project coordination abilities
- Exposure to enterprise operations, risk, compliance, or workflow-driven environments would be advantageous
