Digital Product Manager

Our client, a well-known brand across Europe, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, this role will require 3 days onsite per week.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering in-store digital products that enhance the customer experience and support retail partners. This is a cross-functional role, working closely with UX, marketing, operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Use customer and retailer insights to identify problems and opportunities
• Analyse data to inform decisions and define product priorities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in retail technology
• Build clear product briefs and roadmaps
• Clearly define problems and align teams around solutions
• Deliver end-to-end digital products across in-store environments
• Work cross-functionally to launch and drive adoption
• Test, learn, and iterate using data and feedback
• Own delivery cadence and measurable outcomes
• Contribute to and shape product strategy
• Develop and manage product roadmaps
• Prioritise initiatives that drive customer and business value
• Promote strong product management practices
• Provide clear direction and product vision
• Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Stay current with digital retail and in-store technology trends

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Product Management, or related field
• 3+ years' experience delivering digital products (web, mobile, or in-store tech)
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, or customer-facing digital environments preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong project delivery skills with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
• Full driver's licence and flexibility to travel to sites (desirable)
