Strategy Director (Robotic - AI)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead formulation of medium-to-long-term company strategy
• Deeply participate in major decisions: new business directions, product planning & overseas entry strategy
• Conduct high-quality industry research, global trend tracking and competitive analysis in robotics/AI
• Lead or support M&A, strategic partnerships and outbound investment projects
• Maintain strong communication with Board, senior executives and external parties (banks, funds, advisors)
• Support financing activities, potential IPO preparation and other capital market initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above from top overseas university
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy, investment banking, top consulting or corporate strategy of large multinationals
• Previous experience at investment banks highly preferred
• Strong commercial analysis, financial modeling and classic strategy framework capabilities
• Genuine long-term interest and solid understanding of robotics, AI and hard-tech industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
