Stakeholder & Distribution Alignment: Collaborating with actuarial, IT, and marketing teams to ensure product viability, while coaching distribution channels on new product propositions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all new products and existing enhancements comply with evolving industry standards (such as HKRBC or IFRS17) and internal governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder from a reputable university
8 years of relevant experience gained from large consulting firms servicing Insurance clients
Excellent presentation skills
Good command of English and Cantonese
