Responsibilities
- Manage the new store opening across the assigned regions
- Oversee full store operations: manage opening/closing, POS & cash handling procedures, loss prevention, safety compliance, and overall store security.
- Drive store sales to meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs
- Lead and manage the sales team, including coaching, product training and performance review.
- Manage store inventory effectively through controlling stock levels, performing cycle counts, minimizing shrinkage, handling replenishment/RTV/markdown processes, tracking product performance
- Prepare budgets, control expenses, report results to senior management, and drive profitability initiatives
- Regularly analyse sales data, identify underperformance, and quickly implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain brand-correct visual merchandising and store presentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Marketing, or a related
- 7-8 years of experience in retail and store operation management, preferably in sports, fashion, apparel, or streetwear environments, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in new store opening, training, and performance-managing frontline retail teams.
- Proven track record of consistently driving sales growth in a high-volume or trend-driven retail setting.
- Deep passion for sport/ streetwear culture and current fashion trends
- Proficiency in retail POS systems, inventory management software, MS Office Suite, and financial tracking/budgeting tools.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
