Sales Lead - Compliance Tech (50-60K, fully remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a Hong Kong sales strategy focused on mid-sized banks, virtual banks, licensed corporations, and fintechs.
- Proactively hunt for new logos through networking, events, warm intros, and outbound outreach.
- Develop relationships with compliance, risk, and onboarding heads at target accounts.
- Lead full sales cycle with supporting team in singapore: discovery, demo, POC, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- Position the company's solutions alongside new Web3/digital asset compliance capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Singapore pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM.
- Provide market feedback to help shape product roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of enterprise sales experience in financial services / fintech / RegTech / compliance technology.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing deals with banks or regulated institutions in Hong Kong.
- Strong existing network with mid-sized banks, virtual banks, or licensed corporations in HK is highly preferred.
- RegTech / AML / KYC / compliance technology experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + Cantonese required; Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal local support initially.
