About the Role
A leading commerce group is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Leader to establish and run our regional technology while driving enterprise-wide modernization. Reporting to executive technology leadership, this role takes ownership of our regional SAP S/4HANA program. Additionally, you will lead complex corporate IT initiatives, steering legacy systems, services, and vendor contracts toward complete operational and digital independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise ERP Transformation Lead: As Functional SAP Lead to oversee the end-to-end rollout of SAP S/4HANA across APAC in partnership with HQ technical teams ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and finance functions.
- Regional Change & Enablement: Design and execute cross-functional change management and training initiatives to maximize system adoption across all regional offices and retail networks.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines
- Experience: 7+ years leading complex, multi-regions SAP migration/ upgrade.
- Functionally strong in at least one of the modules of SAP - SD/MM/FI/CO. Hands on with EDI and system integrations and configuration. Experience in SAP IBP, aATP, Fiori is a plus.
- Proven track record in driving regional/ global scale of projects, gained in B2C, FMCG, consumer goods, chains or multi-channel retail environments is a plus.
- Core Expertise: Team leadership of 3-5 people is preferred. Proven track record in 2+ end to end SAP S/4HANA implementations across APAC (prefer multi-regions).
- Cross-region Team Collaboration & Commercial Acumen: Well versed with consumer goods business process. Strong in stakeholders management. Experience in business partnering with cross-regional users, collaborating with overseas technical team in technical deliverables.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese.
