The hiring company is a growing global fintech, which provides a cloud-native payment platform that connects enterprise merchants to seamlessly process and optimize worldwide digital transactions. They are looking for API integration Engineer to join their integration team.
The Integration Engineer is expected with software development background to guide merchants through the implementation of the solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex payment APIs and business requirements, acting as the primary technical advisor during onboarding, integration, and post-go-live support.

Core Responsibilities
- Guide merchants through API/SDK configuration, debugging, testing, go-live, and post-launch maintenance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Merchant Care to streamline onboarding and share merchant feedback.
- Keep developer libraries, plugins, and integration docs up to date.
Requirement
- With 3 years of software development or technical support experience in Tech/FinTech.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and logs. Proficiency in at least one language (Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Go, or C#).
- Excellent client-facing skills with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical tech experience.
- Experience with payments, Node.js/React, or mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
