About the role

As a Policy Services Officer, you will play a vital role in responsible customer service, policy services and data management.

Responsibilities

• Handle policy changes, customer service requests, new policy applications, and claims processing in accordance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to organizational projects, UAT, product rollouts, and upgrades to digital platforms.
• Promptly address and resolve specific service issues in collaboration with other operations teams.
• Perform data verification and cleansing tasks, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of operational records and reports.
• Support the maintenance of procedural documents, assist in the preparation of regular reports, and undertake other duties as delegated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years' experience in insurance operations (Customer Service, policy administration, claims or etc.)
• Self-motivated, a detail minded and fast-learner
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
