Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendar, meetings, travel, events, and personal commitments.

• Handle confidential correspondence, screen communications, and maintain VIP relationships.

• Manage expenses, errands, and ad-hoc tasks with precision.

Requirements

Essential

• 4+ years as Personal/Executive Assistant, ideally in luxury, fashion, or hospitality.
• Outstanding organisation and ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Absolute discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) with polished communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and travel platforms.
• Flexible hours and willingness to travel.
