Responsibilities

Drive Campus Strategies: Assist in developing and executing effective campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential talent from top universities and colleges.

Manage Events: Coordinate, organise, and actively participate in high-impact campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.

Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services offices, faculty members, and student organizations.

Execute the Hiring Process: Manage the candidate pipeline by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, facilitating panel interviews, and shortlisting top-tier candidates.

Partner with the Business: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and tailor campus initiatives accordingly.

Elevate the Candidate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class experience by ensuring transparent, timely communication and feedback throughout the entire hiring cycle.

Develop Resources: Assist in creating compelling recruitment and promotional materials, such as job descriptions, interview guides, and employer branding collateral.

Champion Our Brand: Act as a front-line employer branding ambassador, embodying our company's values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates across various recruitment channels.

Optimize Processes: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in early-career talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

Support HR Initiatives: Contribute to broader talent acquisition activities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, marketing, event management, or public relations.

Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the talent acquisition space.

Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).

Prior experience working within a sizable multinational corporation (MNC) is highly preferred.
