Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation, testing, and timely deployment of app features, including promotional tools like discount coupons.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure app content supports campaign goals.
- Develop, refine, and optimize workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Draft, update, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical tasks.
- Analyze processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose data-backed improvements.
- Assist in monitoring sales metrics and generating insights to enhance team performance.
- Guide and motivate a team to achieve higher productivity through effective strategies.
- Track operational activities to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Operations, or a similar discipline.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in business or sales operation, or a comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and directing teams to meet company objectives.
- Practical expertise in creating workflows, developing SOPs, and enhancing process efficiency.
- Skilled in analyzing sales metrics, establishing performance goals, and ensuring alignment with financial plans.
