Responsibilities
- Conduct Due Diligence:
Manage and execute comprehensive reviews of potential investment opportunities, assessing financial statements, market data, and operational health.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Identify, analyze, and report on potential financial, operational, legal, and market risks associated with investments to help decision-makers mitigate risks.
- Project Management:
Lead due diligence projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Financial Analysis & Modeling:
Perform financial analysis, develop financial models, and interpret data to understand the financial performance and outlook of potential investments.
- Reporting & Presentation:
Prepare and present clear, concise reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders to communicate potential issues, risks, and investment returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognised university
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in Investment Due Diligence and Finance, gained from large MNCs
- Prior experience in Big 4 firms would be highly preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Willing to travel internationally
