Responsibilities
- Develop cross border ecommerce strategies for assigned brands to drive sales growth
- Liaise with business development team to acquire new brands
- Optimize sales performance and KPIs, including net sales, GMV, traffic, conversion etc.
- Initiate new revenue stream across different channels
- Conduct market search to understand the customer insights and create action plan for further growth
- Maintain close and positive relationship with online marketplaces in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan
- Lead promotional plans to drive brand growth
- Manage A&P and commercial terms
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of experience in cross border ecommerce operation and management
- Preferably from ecommerce platform, marketplaces, FMCG industries
- Experience with eCommerce retailers including Tmall, JD.com, HKTV, Foodpanda etc.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, ecommerce management and operation
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, account servicing and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and aggressive individual
- Highly fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
