About The Role
As a Third-Party Risk Management Manager, you will be responsible for development and deployment of group policy for third party risk and performance management. The suitable candidate should have strong exposure in establishing end-to-end control designs to effectively manage risks posed by third parties in accordance with group regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy firm wide end to end control designs for sourcing strategies to establish internal control and mitigate emerging risk from third party
- Pinpoint cost saving opportunities through streamlining end-to-end workflow to attain operational and process efficiency across the enterprise
- Oversee contractual operations by identifying and providing guidance of best practices to key stakeholders on risk mitigation steps to guarantee performance and service consistency across the enterprise
- Conduct periodic surveillance on user department when engaging with vendors for the supply of goods and services and take necessary actions to address any gaps within local procurement comprehension
- Drive internal awareness for operational risks encountered by user's (i.e. vendor failure/ unsatisfactory performance) and liaise with the board of management for the prevention of losses through vendor service level agreements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Holder in Global Supply Chain Management, Business Administrations, or any other relevant disciplines of studies
- Minimum 6 years of third-party risk management & outsourcing governance experience preferably obtained within well-established corporations
- Strong knowledge for end-to-end governance & control designs for procurement
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate should be outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal skillset to drive awareness on operational risks
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the title of Senior Third-Party Risk & Contract Management Manager
