Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end office relocation projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-move support, ensuring minimal business disruption
Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Facilities, HR, Operations, and external vendors
Oversee office fit-out, server/computer room setup, and IT infrastructure migration
Manage deployment of AV and meeting room technologies (e.g. video conferencing, Teams Rooms, booking systems)
Prepare and manage RFP/RFQ processes, including vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation
Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants; monitor project progress, quality, and compliance
Develop migration, cutover, and business readiness plans; support UAT and ensure smooth operational transition
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management, Facilities, Construction, or related field
At least 5 years of project management experience in office relocation, IT infrastructure, or workplace technology projects
Proven track record in office relocation, server room build-out, AV deployment, and IT migration
Experience in RFP/RFQ preparation and vendor management
Strong knowledge of data center/server room setup, network infrastructure, cabling, AV systems, and building services
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and project budgets effectively
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
