Support the day-to-day operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and related services across Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas offices.
Assist regional offices in aligning their infrastructure, cybersecurity practices and IT operations with headquarters' standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Plan and monitor infrastructure capacity in line with business growth, service-level performance and operational requirements.
Manage the renewal and administration of IT-related contracts, including end-user devices, network circuits, hardware, software and facilities maintenance services.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment and inventory.
Support periodic user-access reviews and audits relating to system access controls.
Develop, review and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures and controls throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
Establish service and project-quality metrics, monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Conduct quality checks on project deliverables and ensure that agreed standards and timelines are met.
Improve business-as-usual infrastructure management processes, internal controls and operational efficiency.
Manage and coordinate third-party service providers, infrastructure vendors and outsourcing partners.
Coordinate testing, solution implementation, issue resolution, contingency exercises and business continuity drills with internal teams and regional offices.
Prepare the required documentation and supporting evidence for internal, head-office and regulatory audits.
Promote consistent IT security practices and frameworks across regional networks.
Work closely with infrastructure, applications, facilities, finance, procurement, head-office and business-unit stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, overseas offices, external organisations and technology vendors, particularly for connectivity and infrastructure services.
Higher Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, IT Security, Computer Science or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in IT, with exposure to IT infrastructure, IT operations, service management or vendor management.
Practical understanding of network, end-user computing and related IT infrastructure products.
Experience managing technology vendors, outsourcing partners, service providers and IT contracts.
Familiarity with IT asset and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of relevant regulatory, cybersecurity, risk-management and compliance standards, preferably within the banking or financial-services sector.
Ability to identify and manage operational and service-delivery risks.
