Responsibilities:
Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar, scheduling meetings and managing high-volume email correspondence with precision.
Arrange comprehensive international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground logistics.
Plan, organize corporate dinners, business events, and social engagements.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Handle highly confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives within an MNC environment.
Native or near-native English proficiency is mandatory to effectively communicate with the Chairman and international stakeholders.
Exceptionally smart, fast-paced, and highly proactive with a strong "forward-thinking" mindset.
