Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze business needs for data projects as part of the data transformation program.
Translate business needs into clear data requirements.
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor data quality.
Keep data documentation (like data dictionaries and process flows) up to date for better transparency and teamwork.
Ensure industry-specific requirements are aligned with local regulatory standards in Life & GI business.
Work in agile project teams, helping plan tasks and deliver data-related work on time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder.
3+ years as a Data/Business Analyst in insurance ,with experience in policy, claims, customer, or risk data.
Strong skills in SQL and Spark (Databricks/Spark SQL) for data querying and profiling.
Ability to turn business requiremets into data requirements
Knowledge of data governance tools (like Informatica) and best practices.
Understanding of insurance regulations (e.g., IFRS 17, Solvency II) and their impact on data.
Experience documenting data models and supporting testing for reporting solutions.
