Key Responsibilities:

Lead Projects: Manage all phases of a project, from initial planning and design to execution and completion.

Manage Teams: Lead and coordinate both on-site and remote teams from IT, business, and external vendors.

Control Budget & Resources: Create and manage the project's budget and resource plan.

Communicate Clearly: Keep all stakeholders, including senior leaders, informed with regular updates and reports.

Solve Problems: Identify and resolve risks, issues, and changes that could impact the project.

Uphold Standards: Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and follow best practices for project delivery.

Guide Others: Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative team environment.
Requirements & Experience:

A university degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a large company.

Proven experience managing large technology projects (preferably in ERP projects) with budgets of $10 million or more.

Experience working with senior executives and managing external vendors and contracts.

Strong knowledge of project management methods like Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.

Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
-
Professional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
