About the role
As an Assistant Accountant you will play a vital role in conducting accounts receivable, collection report, and assisting with month-end closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entry of receipt transactions into the cashier system
- Address and resolve payment and receipt inquiries from banks and internal departments promptly and professionally.
- Reconcile receipt records and verify bank collections to maintain accurate accounts receivable balances.
- Generate, organize, and maintain cashier system reports
- Support the month-end closing process by assisting with accounts receivable reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting field with focus in accounts receivable function
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification tasks.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel such as Vlook Up and SumIf
