Finance Manager/Assistant Manager - Anaplan Optimization

Job Description:

• Enhance and optimize the Anaplan platform to improve financial planning and analysis processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A and investment teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop and implement new Anaplan models, modules, and dashboards to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes to ensure smooth deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide training and support to end-users for optimal utilization of Anaplan.
• Work closely with finance leadership to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or FP&A.
• Proficient in the Anaplan finance system.
• Native Cantonese speaker with fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
