Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as a key point of contact for tax matters
- Deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance services, ensuring deadlines and technical standards are met
- Support on a wide range of advisory projects, including restructures, international tax matters, group reorganisations, and transaction support
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide commercially focused tax advice
- Work collaboratively with Partners, Directors, and wider teams across the business
- Review tax computations and returns prepared by junior team members
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients and support business development initiatives
- Assist with managing, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
- Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and provide practical guidance to clients and colleagues
Requirements
- ACA and/or CTA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
- Strong experience in UK corporate tax gained within practice or professional services
- Good technical knowledge across corporate tax compliance and advisory matters
- Experience managing client relationships and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
