We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented WarehouseCoordinator to join our clients Warehouse & Logistics team. This is a varied role that bridges the gap between hands-on warehouse operations and systematic inventory management. It's ideal for someone who is just as comfortable working on the warehouse floor as they are updating systems and managing data.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position offering €30,000 per annum, with strong potential for long-term progression.
The Role
This position combines physical warehouse responsibilities with digital stock control and system management. You won't just move stock - you'll ensure every movement is accurately recorded and reflected across company systems.
Systems, Data & Digital Responsibilities

Updating the company ERP system in real-time to maintain accurate stock records

Recording all pick, pack, and rework activity systematically

Using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to:

Log cycle count results

Track rework productivity
-
Maintain organised and accurate inventory lists

Operating handheld scanners and navigating warehouse software systems

Maintaining data integrity across all platforms
Core Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfilment (Pick & Pack)

Accurately picking items from ERP-generated picklists
-
Packing goods securely in line with company standards

Labelling shipments correctly for various couriers and destinations
2. Inventory Integrity (Cycle Counting)

Participating in scheduled cycle counts
-
Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies

Maintaining a highly organised warehouse environment
3. Value-Added Services (Reworking)

Repacking bulk goods into smaller retail or promotional units

Applying new labels or barcodes as required

Ensuring high presentation and quality control standards

Able to manage daily tasks independently with minimal supervision

Proactive and solution-focused

Strong communicator who collaborates well with colleagues

Comfortable investigating discrepancies and resolving system issues

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20kg
Experience & Skills

Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not essential)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (desirable)

Comfortable learning and operating ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
