Role Overview
As a Trust & Safety Analyst, you will drive strategic initiatives that shape the way trust and safety operates. Working with limited guidance, you will deliver detailed data analyses, insights, and recommendations to resolve abuse and harm-fighting problems of medium to high complexity. This role involves partnering with diverse global stakeholders, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and acting as a credible subject matter expert within the Global Affairs domain.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is strictly required.
Core Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Investigation
- Conduct strategic data-oriented analysis to architect metrics, synthesize information, and identify market or abuse trends.
- Learn abuse patterns and trends to actively identify product vulnerabilities.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations to catch fraudulent actors on Ads and enforce Ads product policies.
- Investigate and address high-priority escalations requiring reviews across Ads accounts, landing pages, and creatives.
Project & Incident Management
- Drive well-defined abuse, harm-fighting, and mitigation projects from conception to completion.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and comprehensive documentation.
- Anticipate project challenges, propose solutions to roadblocks, and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Handle incident management and effective escalation handling, providing quick-fix solutions whilst driving long-term recommendations through to implementation.
Process Optimization & Strategy
- Conduct strategic analysis to evaluate, optimize, and recommend ways to improve business performance.
- Provide employee feedback analysis, operational monitoring, and error resolution to reduce process latency and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with a team of business analysts to design and build strategies that support internal and external business systems.
