Technical Lead developer required to assist with the delivery of Digital Channels initiatives.
This team provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to small businesses, middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.
The successful candidate will drive various projects. They will participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from application design to development, particularly during the execution phase. They will work closely with team members and Business partners throughout the project lifecycle.

The team deliver high profile Financial Technology initiatives such as the Global Markets and Banking API initiative, the ever-changing world of payments and the power to transact anywhere
- 5+ years' Java development experience - in-depth knowledge of core Java, JEE, including Spring.
- Experience of Containers and/or microservices
- Good knowledge of Cybersecurity best practice/secure application development
- Experience of Enterprise DBMS (e.g. Oracle/SQl/MongoDB/Marklogic)
- Self-starting with the ability to drive the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
- Experience level 5-10 years preferably blue-chip companies
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
- Experience in using software configuration management systems (e.g. BitBucket).
- Ability to seek out information with little direction
