The Role
As a Technology Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to help organisations modernise their technology landscape.
You'll play a key role throughout the delivery lifecycle-from gathering requirements and defining solutions to supporting implementation and driving successful business outcomes.
Projects span areas including digital transformation, banking, payments, customer platforms, finance technology, and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Consulting & Delivery
- Support technology transformation initiatives across a range of enterprise programmes.
- Work with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process maps, business cases, customer journeys, and supporting documentation.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Support projects through design, build, testing, deployment, and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and project leadership to deliver successful outcomes.
Technology Transformation

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with both technology and people and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment.
You'll bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Around 3+ years' experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, technology delivery, or IT advisory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- An interest in Agile delivery and modern technology platforms.
- A willingness to pursue professional certifications and continue developing your technical and consulting skills.
Desirable Experience
Experience with one or more of the following enterprise platforms would be highly beneficial:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Temenos
- Finacle
- nCino
- FIS
- Finastra
- Dovetail
- Algo Product Suite
- Other enterprise banking or financial services platforms
Previous experience within consulting, financial services, or large-scale technology programmes is also advantageous.
