    Exciting opportunity to join a large, successful organisation based in Dublin City Centre as a Strategy Manager.

    Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this is a newly created role where you will work across key strategic outputs and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to support a successful annual strategy process. The role involves working across the organisation, including the executive leadership team and Senior Leadership Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting senior leadership in managing the annual strategy process, including:
      • Defining templates, managing process timelines and stakeholder expectations, and owning the creation of consolidated strategy deliverables
      • Identifying and managing interdependencies across business units and functions
      • Ensuring business unit and functional strategies align with overall corporate strategy
    • Liaising with business units and functions to gather and consolidate inputs into the corporate strategy process, highlighting areas that:
      • Require further development
      • Present conflicts across categories or functions
      • May represent potential business opportunities
    • Conducting ad-hoc strategic research and analysis, including benchmarking and competitor analysis, to support strategic reviews
    • Preparing key materials for review and approval meetings with board of directors
    • Delivering strategic research and analysis, including financial, competitor and stakeholder analysis, and developing strategic insights and recommendations
    • Identifying new development opportunities and contributing to commercial and cross-functional strategic initiatives
    • Providing regular status updates on the progress of strategic initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Strong project planning and management capability, with experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments
    • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across a large organisation
    • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to distil large volumes of information into clear opportunities or challenges
    • Experience delivering strategic analysis that provides insight into business performance
    • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at executive level
    • Experience evaluating strategic options and providing data-driven recommendations
