Senior Growth Account Executive

My client, a technology workforce that provides an online learning platform to improve technology skills, is looking for a Senior Growth Account Executive to play a critical role in driving revenue expansion and building long-term partnerships. This role will identify growth opportunities, champion customer success, and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful business outcomes.
This role requires a candidate who is
- Skilled at building trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Able to understand customer strategies and align solutions to meet capability and skill requirements.
- Proficient in educating customers throughout the adoption cycle using agreed success metrics and data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to close-with a focus on both new business development and expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solution engineers, business development, customer success) to execute customer-focused strategies.
- Leverage customer insights to recommend tailored solutions and improve product adoption.
- Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience selling multi-year contracts to senior executives, ideally within the tech or enterprise space.
- A Bachelor's degree is required (advanced degree a plus).
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of hitting pipeline generation and revenue goals.
- Experience using Salesforce and data-driven sales strategies is strongly preferred.
- Occasional travel may be expected for in-person collaboration and client meetings.
